FAQ

We have the largest selection of any studio in Atlanta with over 700 pottery items to paint including cups, plates, bowls, useful household/kitchen items and a great range of fun kids pieces. Our creative classes are designed to help everyone, no matter their perceived artistic ability, to make something memorable.

We also have raw clay to sculpt, shape, and form with your hands using clay tools, into your own project for painting.  .

We only charge for the price of the piece selected. There are no additional studio or sitting fees. We do have some specialty glazes that can be purchased separately. All of this is clearly labeled in the studios. Our pottery pieces range from $6.00 to $150.00 with most pieces priced between $25.00 and $40.00.

Our clay hand building costs $30 per person. This includes clay, use of clay tools, and two firings.

Not at all, that’s part of the fun! We provide all the guidance and equipment necessary for everyone to produce something very special, regardless of their artistic ability. We have some easy, simple painting techniques that will help even the most un-creative person make something to be proud of.

We do not have pottery wheels. We offer raw clay to sculpt, shape, and form with your hands using clay tools, into your own project for painting.

Yes, you can. We use only non toxic paints and glazes. All our finished pieces are food, microwave, and dishwasher safe.

It really depends on the size of the piece, the detail of your design and the techniques used. Most pieces can be finished within a couple of hours. However, since we do not charge an hourly studio fee, you can relax and take as much time as you need.

If you don’t finish your artwork in one visit we ask that you pay for your piece at the end of your first visit and take it home with you. You are welcome to come back and finish it another time but please be aware there will be a $6.00 sitting fee charged for every subsequent visit to finish the same piece.

Our customers range in age from 2 months to 102 years. We are an ideal venue for family fun across all generations.

We love food (and drinks!) but we don’t sell it in our studios. You may bring in food and drinks, including adult beverages if you are of age.  Please remember to bring any plates, utensils, or cups you may need as we do not have these available. You may also have your event catered or order food to be delivered.

Yes, we do, in any denomination required.

We love to reward our regular artists! With our ‘Frequent Painter Program’ every time your accumulated spend reaches $200 we automatically deduct $20 from the value of your next purchase at time of checkout!

Yes, we do. Apart from a few items of sentimental value, anything in our studios already painted is for sale.

We do not do specific commission pieces but we are more than happy to add some finishing touches to your artwork such as writing and simple designs. We charge a basic fee of $25.00 per piece for work of this type. Fees may be higher if the work is more detailed or time consuming.
